You could probably sign Leaf with just a handful of pills... just sayin'... spend the rest of your money on a Steel Curtain defense, and even Leaf could probably stumble into the post season... or sign Colin for the sole intent to use him as a master head game move (in the background, also sign one of these RBs or WRs or other backs who used to be QBs in college... While Colin is messing with everyone's head (esp. in the broadcast booths and twitter) the other guy could probably tip-toe into the endzone -- or just the opposite: they expect Colin is a decoy and go after the other guy while Colin runs it in. Not sure, but I'd guess Colin wouldn't demand big money to sign and play...
