In their latest attempt at forcing their vision of equality, California's legislature will likely mandate publicly traded companies have “a minimum of one female” on its board of directors by the end of 2019. After 2019, the bill will increase the forced quotas to two women for boards with five members and three women for boards with six or more members... ...The state of California defines “female” as “an individual who self-identifies her gender as a woman, without regard to the individual’s designated sex at birth.” If companies do not provide proof of compliance, they will pay a fine of $100,000 for the first offense. A second violation carries a fine of $300,000... I'm surprised they didn't throw in a requirement for a LBQTXYZ or two. How about mandating a gay, a tranny and a partridge in a pear tree? Or better yet, an illegal alien. Every BOD must reflect the ethnic composition of the state. It's always fun anticipating the next nutty law to be conjured up by the freak show in Sacramento..
