Yes, Reggie, the international ilk conspiracy is everywhere. I'm sure your knowledge of the legal nuances here is as accurate and definitive as your knowledge on antitrust matters. "Microsoft has done nothing wrong". Meanwhile, I'm with this Mike Elgan guy, to repeat a quote:

Given Microsoft's dominance, analysts say it would be impossible to find a computer expert who hadn't installed Windows 95 and Internet Explorer-and who hadn't expressed occasional frustration. "It's sort of like finding a jury for the O.J. trial," quips Elgan.

Of course, I'm sure you prefer the analysis of old Lawrence Siskind from the same article- a guy after your own heart.

LAWRENCE J. SISKIND is a San Francisco attorney who specializes in intellectual property law. Mr. Siskind owns stock in Microsoft Corp. He hopes that his pro-Microsoft opinions, once published, will influence the price of his stock favorably. The expectation of financial gain has colored, if not dictated, the opinions expressed in his article. ( from ipmag.com,

Cheers, Dan.

>>>someone who conspires to sue another party

Deciding or advising to sue is now a conspiracy? Is that illegal or something?
