angel, any time you are ready you can start to answer why you posted false information regarding your "claim" that you called NASDAQ.

You may also start by trying to explain why you made a false statement regarding CSGI having applied for NASDAQ once before.

Remember that was right before you disappeared.

have a nice day.

Dear Angel:

We have a good relationship with ConSyGen to this day. I spoke with Ron Bishop, CEO, only last week. We were not fired. The company needed to hire a firm for Public Relations not Financial Investor Relations.
We still get calls about ConSyGen and handle them in a professional manner. As far as our previous compensation, we were paid a monthly fee and received options. Be patient, you will be amply rewarded by ConSyGen's performance this year. I am a believer in the company.

At one time I had thought that you had done some research on this company as you so stated many times. Now I am beginning to doubt that statement of yours.

Every contract that the Co has received for conversion was a result of a pilot test. I don"t know the exact date of the pilot tests so I find it hard that you would either.

Strategia had an exclusive contract in the Bull market only and there was a provision in the contract tied to volume of business. Because they did not meet that provision CSGI excersised their right to remove the exclusive portion part of the aggrement. STGI is still an alliance partner of CSGI but no longer retains the right to exclusivity for the Bull market.

Re IRA: it is very apparent that you don't know the differance between Investor relations and public relations and all of the above just amplifies your ignorance in investigating stocks.

Your analysis of the S-1 fillings being a Reg S filing only exemplifies the above comments. That makes it obvious that you have very little knowledge of the stock market in general. I'm not trying to pick on you but in general there are far too many comments made on this board with absolutely no factual backing.

As a veteran investor I'm tired of watching this BS go on on this board because you guys are misleading the avg investor who may not have a clue but listens to you ( I can't imagine why).

If you want to bring some comments to the board relative to filings etc that's fine but quit posting facts that you are not 100% correct about unless you state that you are not sure of yourself.

If your beef is with Tech then so state it! Don't hide anything! Don"t mislead the board.

Now Tech: If you firmly believe that something is going to happen in the future you must clearly state that it is strictly your opinion so as not to mislead the avg investor. You some times forget to do that

With that said IMO (in my opinion) must be stated with every phrase that is not fact when you are insenuating with no direct knowledge.

I think if we all adhere to these terms this board might be better served to the avg investor.

Can we all agree on this and if not your comments are welcomed!

I would like to participate in some of these discussions to which I think I can contribute but I refuse with all this Kindergarten bickering going on with Kevin , Angel and Tech.

If not I will E-mail and invite those who have E-mailed me and we will start another thread somewhere in Cyber space called NCCSGI ( no contract csgi). Just joking , trying to break a little ice. We could all use a contract right about now.

Thank you for your time and sorry to impose upon your WONDERFUL DISAGREEMENTS. Like they mean anything to us common folk.
