water pipe to my upstairs toilet came loose....55k damage to the house......and customer of mine same thing happened but they were on vacation for 3 months ....when they opened the front door a wall of water knocked them down......complete restoration.....i have a ball valve at my water meter now....when i go awake i shut it all off

Below grade. Toilet flows into stump that pumps it to the sewer. Pimp fails, the water stays below grade.
