I had an over-the-counter microwave that went out that I replaced with a counter-top model

It was too high up, especially when cooking something heavy and this was a greater problem for my daughter.

I unplugged it, but actually left the microwave there for food storage, because my pantry is small.

Even crazier story with new Samsung all gas stove.

Bought from Home Depot.

They send a crew over to deliver and install gas stove.

They install and leave without leveling stove.

Right hand cornor of stove slightly elevated.

Right hand conor burner has flame 6 inches high.

Other burners have 1/8 inch high flame at max.

Home Depot tells me to call Samsung.

Samsung tells me to call Home Depot.

I had bought a warrenty for 5 years thart entitled me to a new stove if
they could not repair witin 3 visits!

I only had installation visit and than refusal to send any technicians to fix problem.

I had to file a small claim @ small claims court.

Samgsung got notice and delivered another new stove with a competent gas man.

They junked first stove because the tech had not leveled it correctly. There was nothing wrong.
