Is your question #1 an "if" statement ? Or has ATPX pre-announced
and/or we expect to fall short of expectations ? I'm confused.

But I think it would be nice to also get a representation of what
1998 might look like. Please ask him to comment on current 1998
revenue opportunities and earnings outlooks. What is happening to
gross profit margins during 1998 ? What financial benefits will be
seen during '98 as a result of the merger ? Could he comment on the
current backlog situation regarding confirmed orders ? Has Asia
impacted his 1998 outlook in any way, since its effects are
controversial within the industry ?

Regarding the Hoak-Breedlove analysis, does he feel their $18/share
12 mos. price target is a fair representation of the company's
prospects ?

Thanks for taking the initiative and sharing any results with us
other shareholders. Craig.
