I don't know the answer to that question but we only saw GAG reduction at the 2nd dose level. The company's theory is that all the IDS is being taken up by cells. Next cohort (already enrolled) should tell the tale. Disclosure: long

Thanks for that! GAG levels in urine are variable, and it's two patients. The results presented are next to meaningless, in context, and Maxim is pissing in the wind like everyone else on twitter. We get liver biopsy data in February, and the share price has dropped to where it was before the "runup" in anticipation of this presentation (which should never have been conceived).

Macrae's stance, if it is being represented correctly, is indefensible. But he may very well be correct, and I'm cheering for patients.

edit: closing block, half a million on ask

I had already seen Maxim's post at twitter. I didn't mean to seem dismissive. It's just like.... which possible explanation do we want to pick? Eeeeny, miney, mo.....

But I took it seriously, and tried to look for bkgd. Couldn't find anything that wasn't protected by a $$ barrier, but it seems like a good thing to consider.... does nitrogen content of urine or ?? effect the interpretation of results?

Just to be clear.... I wasn't being dismissive, thanks for putting his comments here. Rick
