I use propane. All stoves can convert with a small cheap regulator. I think...but not sure....that I spend about $100 a year.....have a 120 gallon tank and it takes a year or more to empty.....and 120 gal tank does not hold 120 gallons.....in short...it's cheap. And the propane dealer rents the tanks cheaply.

We had natural gas in our old place, and have propane gas here. It takes much longer for the oven to heat to the desired temp with propane and learning to bake or roast with it was/is a learning curve.
