And I faxed it to you to pass on to nanny because she was acusing me of witholding information that was positive to PRST. As you can see, noyhing can be gleened from the documents themselves other than two were with prejudice and one was without. The company was the one that stated that the settlement was in their favour.

In any event there is a great deal of uncertainty surrounding PRST's future at this stage and that uncertainty translates into volatility in the stock. I was speaking to one of the MM's this morning and they confirmed that there is a persistent seller out there so who knows. My guess would be Cabot as I think( again just a guess) that the Oxley Estate is probably out by now. If Cabot are facing redemptions due to last years performance,as spelt out in the Hulbert charts the other day, then he could in fact be in a position of having to sell PRST to meet those redemptions. If Cabot has used leverage , this will compound their problems.

Does anyone out know if the Cabot funds are permitted to use leverage?
