I am looking forward to hearing the conference call... Do you think it is possible that they could announce the merger on the conference call. Is that permisable to the sec?

Steve G.! I believe the conference call is this afternoon at 4:15 EST. To hear it "live," you can call 1-800-860-3035 and ask to be connected to the Firamada teleconference call.

The "replay" will be available 24 hours a day for 3 days. You can hear that by calling 1-800-567-1533.
