Only Positives I think the Waite & See funding can only be looked at positively. There would be minor dilution in the initial tranch, but it is more than balanced by the positive aspects of the deal. The top company executives are increasing their personal stakes in the company. It's retiring debt and improving working capital. The purposes are to help lead to a NASDAQ listing and facilitate efforts to attain FDA approval. It sure looks like a positive deal for shareholders to me.
