oops, i am sorry elmat i ran into this posting of yours it is one thing to simply say "i retire from this thread to take care of other happenings, etc etc" per Message 31643225 it is another thing to champion or otherwise encourage the effective termination of the thread by instigation of abandonment, which is against the rules per "detrimental to the thread purpose" as determined by one man one vote protocol let us see what if anything happens when your indubitably disruptive behaviour is stopped by ban maybe the thread would die, perhaps not, but would not know without attempt to save same basically wish to leave the thread populated by easy-going people secure in their views without having to resort to disruptive or otherwise stalking behaviour best, tj
