You are right about Kuglers information since their is no trading, any decisions about buying or selling would be pointless, it seems. It simply appears to me that people who own the stock would like to know what else he has uncovered as not all of them have the same ability to get to the bottom of things. Pugs and Riley obviously get their information wrong. I think my point was more that Kugler isn't impacted, the shareholders are. On another note, you have reported a good bit of DD that you have done, have you been able to submit your questions to Morgan yet, or is that on hold ?
