The answer is no. But Reagan is a solid analyst with no conflict. I believe both monty and solly have other business with Winstar. I am not sure of the details. Does anyone know if either of these two are underwriters or involved with debt offerrings?

<..Does the guy at Legg carry as much weight as Vogel and SB. Can anyone answer?..>

In a word, no.

Reagan seems to be a reasonable and conservative guy. Aside from Reagan's "valuation" downgrade (whose valuation modeling is NOT spelled out in his one page downgrade, but is reported as being a DCF analysis which is in STARK contrast to Grubman's DCF modeling which results in an admittedly conservative $71 12-18 month target) there are smart Legg brokers who are looking conservatively for $50 by year end.

(fwiw, as would be expected, Vogel has seen the Reagan report and thinks $36 and let's just say he thinks it's overly conservative. I'm sure Grubman has seen it as well)
