Talked to Art today.He said they don"t really have anything concrete.Said he is going to Paris in the next couple of weeks to try to secure financing.Said VTEH has gotten a lot of exposure lately.He said they were mentioned in NY Times,Bloomberg Magazine and Gaming and Leisur Magazine.Thats why the price is rising.Said it would take aprox 120 days after financing to go on line.Thats all I can tell you.I hope they really do have the financing,I'm sure if they did he couldn't tell me yet.
