David R asked me why I thought so little of ZEN's current BOD that I would refer to them as clowns. I for one liked AE and thought he was working hard to bring the company forward. I changed my mind over a year ago. Mr Dube and Mr Wallman both changed their minds too." David - you asked me a question. I responded with evidence that members of ZEN's current BOD have a 5 year pattern of poor judgement, dishonesty and relentless PUMPING while selling to the flock. AE is a brilliant promoter, mediocre geologist and a terrible executive. You are no doubt aware of his predictive history with MetalCorp. He successfully promoted the hell out of it, but when actual facts and data had to be published, the share price started to fall. It ultimately ended with MetalCorp's BOD terminating all dealings with Eveleigh Geological Services and publicly firing AE from the COO position. The pattern is repeating at ZEN. marketwired.com The "bashers" warned ZEN shareholders, but the flock chose to listen to Choo-Choo who had nothing but praise for AE - called him a "VISIONARY". The flock agreed - If Mr Dube said "buyout by Christmas" they purchased more shares - little did they realize they were purchasing the shares that Choo-Choo was secretly selling. When the share price dropped to the point that Choo-Choo could no longer make significant profit by flipping shares to the flock, he had a REVELATION: - AE WAS THE DEVIL. NOT surprisingly, ALL the members of the ZEN flock did a 180 and agreed with him. They all changed their mind simultaneously. You posted: People do change their minds" - Yes they do, but that is not the point - AE did not change. He was always that guy that you now want to get rid of. Choo-Choo was WRONG. - AE never was a "VISIONARY". The "bashers" were RIGHT. AE was incompetent. Here are 2 quotes from Choo-Choo's lengthy posting history: May 27, 2015 ZEN here is very fortunate that we have nuclear grade and isotropy right out of the ground! July 29 2015 I suspect we will know within a few months as they will have to fast track ZEN to have product by summer 2017. David- Do you think that Mr Dube actually believed that ZEN's graphite was "nuclear grade" right out of the ground and that ZEN could be in production in the summer of 2017? The "bashers" immediately pointed out the stupidity of the posts when they were first published. Is Mr Dube an idiot or a liar? - It's your choice. Which characteristic would you prefer in a leader of ZEN's BOD? In the days before they were in power, both Glorieux (Mr Dube) and I_C_Deadpeople (Mr Wallman) recommended a post that was highly critical of CRONYISM on ZEN's BOD. Apparently they changed their minds when it was to their advantage. " David the "private message" that I sent you was a copy of my public post (the one you responded to) Message 31781374 - Please point out where I have ridiculed you. BTW - you posted 4 messages on this Board BEFORE the post which you claim ridiculed you. David - Are you unaware that you could choose to stand up on your hind legs and ignore my posts BEFORE you get "full membership"? You are Choosing to read my posts - You are Choosing to respond. PS - I think you would be well advised to ignore me and others who post on this Board. You appear to not be intellectually equipped to debate with us.
