Points were: Looked like someone searched for "secret substance" in Vasomax that increase speed of absorbtion and allow to accumulate effective blood concentration. I do not think that speed of phentolamine absorbtion is the most important information at this point (It could be important for patent battles and so on ). Does phentolamine at safe concentration help at all seems to be much more important. I did not find in the literature any recomendation to inject phentolamine alone, however recomendations for mixtures injectons (with papaverin, for example) do exist. At this point I do not see any evidence that even direct injections of phentolamine will help. So I have no independent information to compare with Vasomax trial results. Information that Asensio published: "In 1988, a study of 15 impotent patients found that 13 achieved a full erection with the drug combination of papaverine and phentolamine but only one achieved a full erection with phentolamine alone.
