Hi Kirk, It is all a political overreach by those who are blinded by their legislative powers and of course their elitist view that they are so intelligent, they should make the decisions for the dumbass majority. I say when solar power pays for itself - the masses will embrace the upgrade. You Californians need a common sense governor ! So in your spare time, you need to walk over to your friendly libertarian political office and tell them "NOW IS THE TIME TO SAVE CALIFORNIA. I know you can do it!!
