I didn't say it wasn't in their favour. My comments concerning the settlement have all been the result of Nanny's posting from another thread on december 26th, in which it was rumoured that it had cost Ivan $1MM. After that a flood of virtual cards etc were posted mocking his rumoured loss. I have simply supplied the actual documents and pointed out that the only statement made was from PRST, that it had been settled in their favour. To which I then pointed out that that would be a correct statement even if the asmount they received was as little as $1. How can you possibly interpret that as "wasn't in PRST's favor"?

It is just a question of materiality and scale.
