Does anyone know why?

1. The NWX is down 8.62 and the DOW is down 84.

2. The MMs are leaving room for a 30 close tomorrow. (If one is into conspiracy theories.)

Yes, It's called option expiration and there are over 20,000 open Jan 30 Call contarcts including my 100 which are gonna go worthless.

1) The market is taking profit, look at DOW, it is down by much.
2) You got to let very short term traders to sell. The trend is positive, so, the profit taking is healthy, imho.
3) However, Bay is catching up again. hmm... what's going on up there?
4) Someone need to get to CNBS and talk about LU-Ascend, absolutely.
