The Constitution doesn't say Alex Jones has a right to harass bereaved parents.

Unless you belong to the Westboro Baptist church.

The Constitution guarantees Freedom of Speech. There are no prohibitions on speech that you don't like. Alex Jones is crazy and reprehensible and he's a conspiracy theorist. However, his speech is protected. Everyone seems to love it when ugly speech is banned, but then that same precedent is used to ban speech we need in the public forum and people wonder how that is possible. Freedom of Speech in all it's ugliness must be protected at all costs. It is the very foundation of our Freedom.

Riddle me this? Why is Alex Jones banned, but not David Duke or Louis Farrakhan? Seems a bit biased don't you think?

Yes, if true then logically Brumar89 does not have the right to harass honest informed rational Americans.

Your argument is only the free speech of gentlemen and ladies is covered by the constitution.

Gentlemen and ladies never say anything that will cause another discomfort.
