As I've said before, technology and social media platforms have become the modern means of disseminating information in today's era. Excluding them from Constitutional Law and Protections for the people is tantamount to nullifying the Constitution and all freedom of speech laws and precedents that have been built up over 242 years of our country's history. Anyone who does not protect our freedom of speech at this particular inflection point in our history will find themselves on the wrong side of history and will enable the despots of the future.
