This is a buying opportunity for TLAB. How can anyone make a telco spending call two weeks into the new year? Soundview's call may end up being right but there is no way to tell that now. TLAB's quarter is looking good. I'm in for a trade on this one. TLAB is a gorilla in telecom and ADCT just mis-managed quarterly expectations. There might be a play in ADCT as well but it probably won't have a good move until after they report their quarter. TLAB will beat estimates and trade into the high $50's.
