To you a NEWS item of the further issuance of $5 mil. in debt with an iterest rate of 13% and undisclosed number of warrants to further dilute shareholders IS ONLY A REPEAT? It is either that: a) It has become a daily occurrance of ACTV issueing and printing stock that it does not shock you anymore as a news item , since it is only to be expected. HOW WOULD AN ISSUANCE OF ANOTHERE 25 MIL. SHARES FOR A RAISING OF CAPITAL OF $25 MIL. SOUND. just great. just what the doctor ordered it would't shock you at all. b) You are blinded and do not see anything negative about ACTV. c) .... ... .... .. ... .... Why is the further talk of the delay of the supposedly rollout no news. Some folks on this thread are finally starting to wake up and see that I may be right and we may be dealing with a scam after all.
