Josef: I bailed out in the teens. I've been tempted since it dipped below 5 several times, but haven't bitten. Too hard to read. From recent communication, it's also hard to read how much TSIM has focused on embedded systems or whether they are interested. Don't know how much they know of TPRO either.

I suspect TSIM might wish they had TPRO's database; and TPRO, if they knew about it, might wish they had TSIM's simulation technology. The TSIM tool might be a more cost effective way to approach front-end analysis, since only a few entries could be very revealing about which subsets of an automation system would cost a company the most if they failed. KNowing that, they could work their way further down into a system and check the most critical controllers for vulnerable programming. Unless I'm not understanding something here, it's hard to see how they wouldn't be competitors. But maybe there's some other way they could serve each other's objectives. It'll be interesting to see if they try.

Other than that, TSIM is opaque to me right now. Earnings will tell the story, I suppose.
