Eric, I believe you are correct about the lack of information regarding the debentures. Even after the November SEC filing there wasn't anything said. It was only well into December that the issue began to hit this thread. (Look back and see how many posts were made by certain parties which never said a thing about the debentures --- even though they knew they were out there! In fact, if you will recall during much of that period there were a number of people implying that the price decline was due solely to certain individuals posting negative information. Ironic, though, because I know of private e-mail sent out by the company which said it was shorting and debentures causing the price drop. It seemed as though they had two answers. Privately, off the record, it was shorts and debentures. Publicly, on the record, it was negative SI posts. Interesting, huh! Offie
