Getting kind of peckish around here again.

Back to the fundamentals. I posed two questions last weekend that weren't responded to:

1. How is fonix's patent distinquished from other products utilizing neural networks to provide voice recognition on a chip?

2. Are new engineers being hired by fonix replacements, or new hires, increasing the total number of staff?

It seems like these are important issues (especially #2) - anybody got any facts?
