I haven't seen an earnings report release yet....Does anyone have any info?

Your estimate is right on the money. Fourth quarter EPS $0.45 on revenue of 193 mil. (vs. 174 mil. for 4Q/96). Consensus EPS estimate for the quarter is $0.43 (from Yahoo).
EPS from continuing operation is $0.42. Not sure which numbers should be compared. Also, the company repurchased 2.5 million shares of stocks at an average price of $19.92.
