If BORL continues to fall VSGN might consider backing out of the merger - I am not sure what options both sides have in this reguard. This happened to me recently in another stock I owned. GTIS was at 12 3/8 and announced a takeover of MPRS with a .7 stock conversion ratio - the deal was originally worth 250 million. GTIS started falling and when it dipped below 7 after a few months, both sides backed out of the merger. JV.
