I have been a subcontractor to businesses that have gone through Bankruptcy.

Subs are at the bottom of the pay chain, with debtholders first, then customers, then a bunch of other
claimants.

I am not aware of a sub who got any money during a Bankruptcy restructuring based on the rules.

It is usually the banks that force the Bk, since they often come out ahead and get assets on the cheap.

Well, folks, looks like Bloomberg is ramping up for a run on the Presidency. He'll run as a Democrat. Is this good or bad that he's running? I'm not sure I know enough about his policies, but I know he bends liberal. But he's also a smart businessman. I think he's worth around $50B as compared to Trump's $3B. Bloomberg is a bit more diplomatic as well. The flip side is that Bloomberg may be a part of the establishment that most of us don't like. What does the thread think of him?
