Letter To Judiciary Committee Rebuts Vicious Smear Of Brett KavanaughPosted at 12:29 pm on September 14, 2018 by Andrea Ruth

As the dishonorable smear campaign of a decent man continues apace, sixty-five of the women who knew Judge Brett Kavanaugh during high school sent a letter of support and vouching for his character to the leadership of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Sen. Feinstein — who has been losing clout and power in the ever radicalizing California Democratic Party — decided to release a document she’s had for months that Kavanaugh has a “MeToo” problem in his past. You can read more of the details here.

In the letter, the women state that while Kavanaugh went to an all-boys high school, Georgetown Prep, they grew to know him through “social events, sports, church, and various other activities.” with their all-girls high schools.

The letter states emphatically,

We are women who have known Brett Kavanaugh for more than 35 years and knew him while he attended high school between 1979 and 1983. For the entire time we have known Brett Kavanaugh, he has behaved honorably and treated women with respect. We strongly believe it is important to convey this information to the Committee at this time.

and,

Through the more than 35 years we have known him, Brett has stood out for his friendship, character, and integrity. In particular, he has always treated women with decency and respect. That was true when he was in high school, and it has remained true to this day.

That Sen. Feinstein, and the Democratic Party as a whole, are going so low as to pull this stunt when their tactics during last week’s hearings failed to derail his all-but-assured confirmation, shows just how unethical and shameless they are.
