i did not read yoday's featured filing.. haven't read them since my lat post.. what you posted was boilerplate not the essence of the filing..
i think that IF all insiders hold their shares AND they do not renew the wts..
I would buy that dip... all i could.. because that would mean that the dilution for dollars does not equal the gains they would get from that cash...
bullish for insiders and bullish for us..
methinks that they will keep renewing them.. or many would drop their holdings because so many believe that the warrants are better fiscally...
they are if it goes to term.. but then the warrant price will drop.. intrinsically.. and big fish will arb..the warrants.. to get stock and % points because the small fish do not have the capital to pour into exercising the warrants..

"<<SUNW $.57/share Est.53 now they can say 4th Q not reflective of Asian Contagion need to wait for 1st Q>>"

DrRisk,

You are right. I also have the same observation. If first quarter turns out to be good, then they'll say maybe 2nd Quarter, then the 3rd, then possibly the 4th until the year is out. The Michael Metz crowd never stops, but never get it right for the last four-five years. They always have something negative to say to encourage people to stay out of the markets.

Sycamore still very long and waiting for the big move on AIPN.
