am wondering about this building (highcliff building.com.hk ) on stubbs road that i pass on way to town whenever i commute across the mountain instead of through the tunnel it is very thin and needle-like, features a compensating water tank to offset wind-effect - very hightech - but the building has been around since 2003 am wondering whether they maintained the tank properly, and updated the windows (i am kidding, but do not know) operating system of the computer that does the calculations for the water tank operation
