checked on my mom's place - no broken windows - i was concerned about the big window facing the wind - all good the place does not look its usual inviting look; mom shall stay w/ us this night just for sure and we are cutoff at multiple points from the city by the single road road through the community that loops-in from the city and loops-out the back & far & round-about tai tam reservoir way. should be okay by the time we go for dinner appointment assuming the restaurant will open
