I just listened to the con call. It was good to hear these guys squirm. I only hope they were being sincere. It was also good to hear that they've actually been working I was wondering about that for some time. How far will that 25 million loan take them? Chapter 11 is not the same as going bankrupt. Reorganizing their debt may be the only solution for getting BANX off their back now that Mr. Gotti is in the pen. This co has been a long shot since it began its precipitous slide oh so long ago. I'm truely glad it was a short conference call because I was starting to get bored. We should have listened to Mark a long time ago...not! Disclosure:2000 shares at an average of 4.70 I've sold 2000 i had bought at 15.50, without my wife's blessing, for capital losses. I always put my money where my mouth was <unfortunately>
