Barry; My play on MOOV has always been more because of the merger
deal than the fudamentals, except I saw it below book value.
Below book value plays are an thing with me, it's more an assest
play ; not all aasest plays win, but most do. In fact I've only lost on one. Sometimes they take holding onto for a while, but most of
them pay off fairly good.
I have not looked at MOVI but will do.
I've played VUPDA before and did OK, but a lot of people didn't
they held to long, or bought to late.

Barry; I looked at MOVI and needless to say as you already know
you sold to soon. It don't look bad at all.
I did some assest comparing..
Roughly speaking..Vupda get MOOVs book with only 9.3M shares
that makes MOOV book 5.20 based on the shares, add the two V 4.94 +
plus 5.20 get $9.74 x .66 ( dilution ) and you come out with
$6.43 VUPDA BOOK after the merger..she is now selling at .36% of
her future book value. MOVI is selling at .41% ( still a bargan )
------------
This sector has like I said suffered thanks mostly to blockbusters
image, a poorly run unit of holding company that is gutting it
just for the cash flow.
-----------------------
I have faith that after the wash Both VUPDA and MOVI will will
be seen in a different light. Before then MOOV will have become
absorbed by VUPDA, and some good numbers will start showing
up in earnings. It will happen but may take time. Right now
I like seeing MOVI going up, that's going to help change the
preception of these stocks more favorable.
Also right now I can just about sence the shorts on VUPDA,
and MOOV begining to feel some heat. Looking at the interday
trading, they are desperate to shake out some more people,
small blocks trade on the down ticks, then they hold her at
that down tick price ( both of them ) but are not finding many
sellers..the majority of the volume is being traded at the
up tick price, how much heat the shorts will take before they
cover I have no idea, but sooner or later it will produce
a good pop. Saw much the same happen to cyrix before it's
run up.
