If it wasn't "Waite and See", the extra shares would have gone
to the Off-Shore investors (at 20% discount to the bid), which
in turn would have dump them and depress the price even more.
For share holders this is one of the best PR that came out
(see ZCAD now GATE for debenture effect, also EXSO).

Don,

How far are you from the new HVSF office in Florida. If it is conveniently close to you, may be one of these days you can visit them, talk to them, and see first hand what they are doing. After that, obviously, you will have to tell us evey thing you learn.
