Jeff,

Given the concern over a possible slowdown in RBOC spending, it is interesting that when he was at the Morgan Stanley conference, Ejabat stressed that the big focus for ASND this year would be on the CLECs.

As one of the ASND slides says:

"Carriers Are Acquiring ISPs
ISPs Filing to Become CLECs
CLECs Are Early Adapters of Technology
More Consolidation and Strong Revenue Growth from CLECs"
