I got my APM shareholder paperwork today. It says that APM sold 22% of the company in March of 1996 and forgot to ask us shareholders if it was OK. No problem though, if we don't appoive, the deal will still go though except that the stock will be "delisted".

Then, it asks us to approve some extra shares to reward the officers and management for such a good job they did while losing their #1 customer and driving their stock into the dirt.

As of the day before they mailed this document, I sold all my shares in APM. Call it "instinct".

The remainder, if there are any, can vote, Me .. I used the proceeds to buy shares in PIR (Pier 1) who BUYS from Asia and SELLs in the US.
