There are services that will fumigate your home with extremely high Ozone levels to eliminate odors, but it apparently takes about 3 days and you need to vacate during that time while the air returns to normal.

Sorry no link, but read about this in the comment section of an article from someone who had experienced a house fire and was trying to get rid of the smoky smell. They said the treatment was successful.

Your legal help when I had IRS problems is still greatly appreciated.
