January 1, 1980 the CAPE was at 8.85. Today it is at 33.26. That is quite a difference in valuation. 8.85 is rocket fuel for a market. 33.26?

The market did not rocket up with rates,,,,,,the market took off in 1982 when rates topped and have been down since
