I returned my Keurig to Costco. Too many features that drove me nutty. Blue light in the water, difficult to empty completely, settings for hot water and hot chocolate. I just wanted strong coffee. Bought a simple machine named Litchi on Ebay and the wife and I are now sold on it. So simple and works faster than the Keurig. The custom brew cup also holds paper filters with a snap top so I can even brew my freshly ground Starbuck's French Roast that I buy at Costco and grind once a week. Just dump the gounds and filter all at once. Works with all K-cups too. Here's the info at Amazon: amazon.com
