This thread is dead because my understanding is that Heartstream is selling out to HP. If that is indeed true, I find it an amazing coincidence that shortly after the announcement, Heartstream won a huge contract with Delta to place a unit in every airplane. If you ask me...that really stinks for investors. I sold out a few months ago but if I was still holding them, I would be angry.

Just got my proxy vote today to either approve or disapprove of the planned merger. I personally will vote NO on this. I still believe in HTST even if HTST doesn't! $11 a share..aww come on..give me a break!

Any comments? Opinions?
