TheInvestor:

Oh of course I am not worried about this stock, just a little concerned. But I believe I may know the possible decline. It could very well be due to some nervous investors and/or as you said it nicely some smart-ass shorter who are selling off based on the extensive international exposure that Sapiens has and considering all the currency devaluations in South East Asia and a strong dollar (especially in Japan) Sapiens revenues/earnings may adversly be effected. However I do strongly believe this will not be the case. For one thing Spaines operations are all local. In other words the operation costs are all done in local currency and therefore the negative effects of currency devaluations are all offset. Second of all I believe strongly Sapiens is positioned very well strategically not only in its Y2K services but as a provider of client-server applications that at this time the demands will outway any currency negative valuations.

Also one thing I have noticed SPNSF does move in direct relation to the DOW (and I mean minute by minute as DOW moves up so does SPNSF and when DOW goes down so does SPNSF)! It has never done that before, and I just thought it is very interesting!

Anyway, as for getting a response from Sapiens's investor relation all I can say is Good Luck! Sapiens has never ever been the great communicator!

Anxiously looking toward the earnings report. Meanwhile I hope the stock does not take much more beating! Although tomorrow is options expiration and who knows what is going to happen to this stock (or for that matter any stock)!
