John, I was told by Al a week ago that the 2 Chile properties mentioned in the December release were going to be payed for by "shareholder loans". I have no idea how the newer Chiliean properties are going to be payed for. Note that NPEC claimed that the Brazil operation was going to be payed for my "shareholder loans" but apparantly a few million shares were issued around the time of the acquistion. Another interesting note is that NPEC is a shareholder and might be loaning money. (You wonder how many shareholders would be willing to loan NPEC/MDIN money after last years carnage.) Lets hope the new properties require only a small down payment with a %royality of the profits.
