Here's the news release guys-- President resigns USA Video Interactive Corp US Shares issued 28,932,088 Jan 14 close $0.18 Thu 15 Jan 98 News Release Mr Anton Drescher reports Mr Gordon Lee has resigned as president and a director of the company effective January 15 1998. Mr Albert Bozzo has been appointed president and a director in place of Mr Lee. The private placement of 6,250,000 units at $0.18 of November 6 1997 will not be proceeding.
