The First Call 0.46 revised estimate from 0.20 is for the QUARTER ending Sept 98 not for the year. It was data derived from analyst estimates for the week of 1/9/98 and is a bit out of date. It may change as analysts re-adjust their estimates. I don't bother with the details of these estimates very much. The important thing is that the trend of the consensus from these analysts is moving up. We'll all be here evaluating AAPL and come up with our own numbers for the expected earnings in a couple months. Eric
