I would like to lodge an Official protest to the results of the VVUS contest; the charge for lawsuit certainly was not part of normal earnings, or predictable, and hence, should not be part of the contest results;

Throwing out this charge would have brought earnings up to .33 for the Q;

i believe i had the highest estimate; i demand a recount.
