John, <I own many companies that actually have reported profits that did not spend as much on printing. > I would agree with your position if the only use for the Annual Report was for shareholders. However, since TAVA is a service company, I would expect that the largest use of the report is for marketing with copies going to prospective as well as existing clients. I don't think the company wants to portray a shabby image to them. Jim
